can of worms: officially open.
since sexual sin is not new....let's look at one instance of blatant, unrepentant, and even braggadocious sexual sin:
1 cor. 5. Paul calls for the church to not associate with this "believer".....not because he is sinning sexually, but because he is PROUD of it.
i think this would apply in many cases. homosexuals welcome. yes. offered the "new bread of purity and truth" (1 cor. 5.8). yes.

the issue: homosexuality
i have been wondering how we deal with the issue of homosexuality in a postmodern church. are we "opening and accepting?" or are we "open and transforming?" Even still, if one postmodern/emerging church says it's ok, and another says it's wrong - is that cool? do they allow each other to have the same point of view? if they differ, can they still worship togather, once in a while? i have heard that the word for "homosexual" should actualy be translated as "pedifile" - i wonder. it seems to put a new light on the subjest - anyway, what do you think -
